Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. A full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all the shipping options and costs.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or brokerage fees that may be incurred. We do not have any control over what fees may be charged--each country has different laws and regulations regarding customs fees, and we recommend that this be researched prior to placing your order by all of our international customers.
We reserve the right to apply a full refund to international customers who receive a defective item instead of sending a replacement if we find that sending a replacement is too cost-prohibitive.
Please note: we are unable to guarantee delivery dates on any USPS shipments, including Express Mail and Global Express Mail shipments, due to recent policy changes within the USPS that make it nearly impossible for them to guarantee delivery dates. If you have an order that you must have by a certain date, you must choose UPS for your shipping option to guarantee delivery. Express Mail or Global Express shipment costs that are late will not be refunded due to our inability to guarantee date of delivery.
