Privacy Statement for xUmp.com

Effective date: May 23, 2018  |  Last updated: July 3rd, 2026

Innovation Frontier, Inc. d/b/a xUmp.com (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement" or "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or make a purchase on www.xUmp.com, including any related media, mobile site, or application (collectively, the "Site"). Please read it carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

By using the Site and by accepting our Terms of Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement incorporates our Cookie Policy.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you use the Site, place an order, contact us, or subscribe to our communications:

Personal Information You Provide

This includes information you voluntarily give us, such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, order details, and any information you include when you create an account, contact customer service, or respond to a survey. You are not required to provide personal information, but if you do not, you may be unable to complete a purchase or use certain features of the Site.

Order and Account Information

When you make a purchase or create an account, we collect the information needed to process and fulfill your order and to manage your account, such as the items ordered, purchase amount, shipping and billing details, and (if you create one) a username and password.

Financial Data

We collect limited information related to your payment method (such as card brand, the last digits of a card, and expiration date) when you purchase, return, or exchange products. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processors (currently Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net), and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Information Collected Automatically (Derivative Data)

When you access the Site, our servers and the technologies described in our Cookie Policy automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, access times, and pages viewed. We collect this information using cookies, log files, and similar technologies. Some of this information, such as your IP address and online identifiers, may be considered personal information under certain laws. We use both persistent cookies (which remain until you delete them) and session cookies (which expire when you close your browser). For details and your choices, see our Cookie Policy.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as our payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, and advertising and analytics partners, and we may combine it with information we already have. If we offer the ability to sign in or interact using a third-party account (such as a social login), we will receive only the information you authorize that third party to share with us.

Information From Surveys

We may collect information you provide when you respond to a survey or promotion.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use information about you to operate our business and provide you with a smooth, efficient experience. Specifically, we may use it to:

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Except as described in this Privacy Statement, we do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information as follows:

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information, which does not reasonably identify you, for any lawful purpose, including analytics and improving the Site.

Third Parties You Share With Directly

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you choose to share personal information, and we cannot control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive communications from a third party, you must contact that third party directly.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site to operate it, remember your preferences, understand usage, and (where you consent) support analytics and advertising. When you visit the Site, certain information — such as your IP address and device information — may be collected through these technologies. You can control cookies through your browser and through the choices described in our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into this Privacy Statement. By using the Site, and where applicable by accepting non-essential cookies, you agree to our Cookie Policy.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us, including advertisements and external services. Once you leave the Site, any information you provide to a third party is governed by that third party's privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy and security practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including measures such as encryption in transit, firewalls, and access controls. Your account is protected by your password; please keep it confidential and log out after each session. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Site and provide information at your own risk.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement — for example, to provide the Site, complete your transactions, maintain your account, and comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations — and then we delete or de-identify it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may retain limited information as needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, and enforce our terms.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct the Site to children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us using the information below and we will take steps to delete it. Products intended for use by children are meant to be purchased and supervised by adults.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages related to your orders, account, or this Privacy Statement.

Reviewing, Updating, or Deleting Your Information

You may review or update your account information by logging into your account, or you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Upon a valid request to close your account, we will deactivate or delete it, though we may retain certain information as described in "Data Retention" above.

Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device that sends the signal.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law) permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and the identities of those third parties. To make such a request, contact us using the information below.

If you are a California resident under 18 with a registered account, you may request removal of content you have publicly posted on the Site by contacting us with your account email and a statement that you reside in California. We will make the content not publicly visible, though it may not be completely removed from our systems.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date above, and we may provide additional notice for material changes. Changes become effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Statement periodically.
