Also known as a Büchner Flask, this thick-walled Bomex brand 1000ml erlenmeyer flask comes equipped with a 1.5 inch glass tube with hose barb which protrudes from the flask’s neck. The hose barb on the end of the glass tube allows for the attachment of tubing which can be connected to a vaccuum source such as a vacuum pump, necessary for certain scientific experiments and filtration of samples. The flask is sturdy and well-constructed, ready for use in the lab and classroom.
