This set of 2 plastic vernier calipers can be used to a variety of measuring applications either in a classroom or a laboratory setting. Each set displays measurements in both inches and millimeters. Also excellent for classroom demonstrations of how to use calipers in a variety of experiments. Large and small sizes allow for increased versatility in your measurments.
Large Caliper Features:
- Measures in both inches and millimeters
- Precision: 1/128 inch or 0.05 mm
- Maximum measurement: 6 inches or 150 mm
Mini Caliper Features:
- Measures in both inches and millimeters
- Precision: 1/128 inch or 1 mm
- Maximum measurement: 3.25 inches or 80 mm
PS: Please note that the 0.05 precision mm scale on the mini set is not accurate - so you can only measure down to 1 mm. The inch scale is fine.
