Instructions:

Short-press any button to turn ON/OFF voltage output.

Turn ON means the output is enabled, and the display shows output voltage at the first line and ‘On’ on the second line. Turn OFF means output is disabled, and the first line displays 00.0 ‘OFF’ at the second line.

Long-press any button more than 3 seconds to adjust the output voltage.

The first line will flash. Short-press the button ‘UP’ to increase output voltage and short-press the button ‘DOWN’ to decrease output voltage. Each time press of the button will change the voltage by 0.1 V.
