5 star rating  Educational Tool

We gave out compass to 80+ children from ages 4 to 12 to teach simple survival skills. Though we didn't actively use them they served our purpose well. Not certain how well they would work if you needed to navigate any significant distance.

Very happy with your compass. They was the right size for my sunday school class. Fast delivery and was more than I expected with the quality.

We used this for a scavenger hunt at a birthday party. Kids were 5-11 yrs old. Most of them could make it work after a short lesson on how to move the actual compass to line up North. We did not use degrees. Held up very well. Well made.

We bought 60 of these and they all worked well. Air filled so they need to be held still but for the price they are great.

Putting a bunch of these small compasses around a bar magnet reveals the magnetic field lines.

Good quality for the money. One of the ten ordered pointed South, but it didn't matter as used.

5 star rating  good compass
Julianne from Salt Lake City, Utah
This small compass is just what we needed for our unit on magnets. It's easy to read and fairly accurate. I wouldn't try using it if you become lost in the woods, but as a student piece it's just fine.
