The Oersteds Law Apparatus is meant to demonstrate the relationship between magnetism and magnetic effect of electric current flowing in a wire. It is comprised of a permanent 15 cm magnetic needle free to rotate at the center of an aluminum frame suitably connected to permit current to flow over or under the needle in either direction. Great choice for classroom demonstrations or science projects.
