I've bought lots of cool things for my grandchildren--and me!--at xUmp, and this is the only item that hasn't been 100%. We followed the instructions exactly, but could not reliably produce a tornado, pet or otherwise.
xUmp.com Reply: Yes, pet tornadoes do take a bit of practice to get them going. However most people are able to master it pretty quickly.
