This planetarium is a model of our Solar System. Watch the planets move around the Sun under the sunlight (when powered by the solar cell). It can also be powered by a single AAA battery when there is no sunlight.

This kit includes all the parts needed to make your own motorized solar system model and develop your mechanical skills. Plus, learn how solar cells work and connect them to a motor.

Also required but not included in this kit: a small Philips screwdriver and one AAA battery.

Please note that this kit does not accurately represent the actual motion of the planets around the Sun. For that, you will need a much more expensive apparatus.
