Hand Boiler is Tiny
Tony Barr from USA FL GAINESVILLE
It works as advertised. It is the smallest hand boiler in existence. I gladly would have paid more for a larger hand boiler.
Good science toy
James from Newport Beach, CA
The hand boilers are good science toys to teach change of phase and the expansion of liquid as it turns into a gas. They do not teach Charles' Law as the box incorrectly tries to teach. They break sometimes, and the red and purple are my favorite, green doesn't look so good.

Great fun for a Christmas Eve "small" gift. Arrived in an extraordinary and gratifying 1 1/2 days after order placed - the week before Christmas yet!
It IS Glass!
Mark McGrory from Tijeras, NM USA
One arrived broken but the other was amazing. Great to watch a kids face while they test the water. Excellent product. Has the feel of real science.

I use these regularly to start my energy transfer lessons. They definitely engage people of all ages, They are fragile though so my 7th graders tend to break them too easily. If I am not using them, I put them away.

It is awesome! Some people can make it boil better than others, but it is super fun!
