This voltaic cell includes a clear porous cell cup, enabling you to view the electro-chemical reactions taking place. Also, the top rim is made of heavy molded plastic with sturdy nickel clamps, which hold both round or flat electrodes. The different types of electrodes can be used to create chemical reactions within the glass cup. Excellent as a demonstration model for a science project or classroom exercises!
