This is a conveniently packaged CR2032 battery with wire leads already attached.  CR2032 Lithium coin cell batteries are usually used for remote controls, but, more frequently, CMOS computer motherboards.  They are also great for powering brush robot projects.  Each battery is 3V. These are not rechargeable.
