This is no ordinary disc magnet! Each side of the magnet is a complete North and South pole, meaning that if you try and connect one of these with another levitation disc magnet, they will automatically repel each other. Use a high-powered magnet strip to show the power of magnetic fields, and watch the magnets as they levitate in the air.  The magnet also features a 1/4 inch diameter hole in the center.  Buy a few and stack them on a thin plastic tube or nail and watch them float as the like poles repel each other.  Great for use in any science classroom!

Features:

  • Ceramic magnet constructed of strontium ferrite
  • North and South poles on opposite sides
  • 1/4 inch diameter center hole
  • Great for demonstrations and science projects
