This affordable but accurate and easy-to-use particle meter will measure the number of particles present in any liquid, given in Parts Per Million (PPM).  It also has a second function which allow you to measure the temperature of a liquid in Celsius.  It can be used in water purifiers/filters, food (vegetable, fruits) & drink quality monitoring, pools and spas, aquariums, hydroponics, and much more.  The unit also has a hold function that saves messages for convenient reading and recording, as well as an auto-off function that will turn the unit off after 10 minutes of inactivity in order to preserve battery power.  Measures from 0-999ppm, with a resolution of 1ppm, up to 999.  From 1,000 to 9,990ppm, the resolution is 10ppm, indicated by an x10 image on the display.  Includes leather carrying pouch with clip.  Essential for the lab and classroom, useful for most chemistry instructors, some students.
