These model boat motor drives demonstrate the functionality of actual boat motor drives. These types of motor configurations are used in boats that utilize a straight shaft inboard propulsion system. The motor rests in the center of the boat and rotates the long drive shaft, which is connected to the propeller on the exterior of the boat.
