Jumbo Glitter Poppin Hopper

A classic and inexpensive childhood toy that launches high in the air.  Just turn the hopper inside out and quickly place it on a flat surface.  The hopper will slowly begin to revert to its original position, rocketing into the air as a result!  Scare your friends by placing a loaded hopper near their person, or buy a few and have a hopper 'race' to see who can get theirs to launch the highest, whether by a secret technique, or by experimenting with different surfaces as launch pads.  Makes a great party favor or gift for a classroom contest!
