Gravitrax - Looping - Add On

This expansion component for the Gravitrax marble run system will test your understanding of gravity, momentum, kinetic energy and physics in general and you tweak the speed of your run to send your marble upside-down!  The looping tile will propel your marble run to the next level, and 6 additional track will allow you extend your creative horizons and craft even zanier and more complex marble runs than the starter set allows for, with greater distances and thus longer runtimes.

Although we're all familiar with the classic marble run building kits that have entertained children and the young-at-heart for generations, Gravitrax takes the concept to even higher planes, with a unique hexagonal stacking building system, transparent bases, inifinite combination possibilities limited only by your imagination, and special tiles (found in the Starter Set) like vortexes, magnetic cannons, and splash pieces that send mutliple marbles careening in different directions and section of track!  You'll watch as the marbles test your understanding of gravity and kinetic energy, and unleash your inner scientist by discerning what tweaks and modifications will allow your marbles to complete your run successfully!

This add-on ups the ante by allowing you to add a vertical loop to your track and give your run some additional oomph and pizzaz that's sure to excite yourself and onlookers alike!  The loop will force you to be canny about how your structure your track, as you'll need a good amount of speed to clear the loop.  A gravity hammer or magnetic cannon (see related products) will make easy work of it, but without these, you'll have to plan your drop and inclines carefully!  But the effect of watching the marble clear the loop is well-worth the critical thinking and creative planning.  This kit also includes 6 pieces of track of varying lengths so you can build up enough momentum   With this kit plus the starter pack, you'll be able to build a much longer more exciting, and more complex run!  See how long you can build your new run while still managing to make your marbles complete the run even with the loop!
