Learn and teach the intricacies of human anatomy with this torso model teaching tool. Just as each individual organ serves its own function while supporting the operation of the rest, organs can be removed from this model and inspected, reproduced in drawing, and studied for its various components, like the depressions demarcating the alveoli of the lungs, the muscles controlling the esophagus, and veins and ventricles of the heart.

The lungs, heart, liver, stomach and intestines are removable for further examination, revealing the circulatory and nervous system printed behind; a total of 15 parts can be removed from the model. The skeletal system and musculature are also visible on one half of the model, along with the urinary system, and the other half shows the torso with skin. On the side revealing musculature, the skin has been pulled back to reveal the shape of the skull.  A detailed colored key is included for reference. The model is hand-painted, and measures 10" (25.4cm)
